Responsibilities
Deploying and customizing AI systems for live customers
Working directly with users to understand workflows and translate them into production systems
Owning launches end to end, from configuration through optimization
Building and extending backend services, LLM pipelines, and real-time workflows
Qualification
Preferred
Experience at fast-moving startups
Hands-on work with voice, conversational AI, or LLM applications
Comfortable being customer-facing
Strong backend skills (TypeScript, Node.js, AWS preferred)
Someone who enjoys shipping quickly and solving real-world problems
Bonus if you've worked with healthcare data, EHR integrations, or regulated environments
