HR Coordinator - Full Time - Days
Cayuga Health is the region's leading healthcare system, seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The role involves providing administrative support, managing HR inquiries, and processing employee documentation with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming Jira tickets related to HR inquiries. Assigning tickets to the appropriate department
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
Complete employment verifications for current and former employees through verbal and mail communications, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Create new hire badges for on-time delivery on day one
Process Personnel Action Forms accurately and timely, ensuring all employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) are documented and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources, is a plus but not required
