Responsibilities
Build AI agent workflows: Develop and maintain AI agents for automation
Create multi-agent systems: Design systems to support multi-agent workflows and orchestration
Build conversational AI: Create conversational systems using LLMs and AI frameworks
Develop and maintain backend services to support AI agent orchestration
Deploy to cloud platforms and optimize systems for performance and scalability
Develop testing strategies for AI workflows and implement evaluation frameworks to monitor agent performance
Qualification
Required
Experience with the OpenAI API and frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI
Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and modern async programming
Hands-on experience building LLM-based conversational systems
Solid understanding of Docker and related technologies
Experience with vector databases and search tools like Elasticsearch or Qdrant
Proficient with Git workflows and collaborative development
Preferred
Experience with AWS
Familiar with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning LLMs
