Responsibilities

Designing, training, and deploying large-scale ML models used in live decision-making systems

Building and optimising distributed training pipelines for neural networks

Owning the full ML lifecycle: feature engineering, training, evaluation, batch inference, and monitoring

Working closely with product and engineering leaders to align models with real business KPIs

Improving ML reliability, observability, and reproducibility across production environments

Qualification

Required

Strong experience delivering production ML systems end-to-end

Deep hands-on expertise with Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch)

Experience in adtech, marketplaces, or data-intensive platforms is a plus, not a requirement
