Handle Level 2 escalation calls (300-400/month, phones only)
Assist with help desk questions, system unlocks, and complex service issues
Manage live customer escalations (non-regulatory)
Handle direct customer calls regarding credit card rewards: redeeming points, gift card purchases, missing rewards, and loyalty program servicing
Maintain strong documentation of complaints and interactions
Qualification
