Set appointment goals and objectives for the team in collaboration with management
Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present vehicle features, performance, and pricing with confidence
Track results and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Ensure outstanding customer service and follow-up processes
Scan, file, and maintain accurate digital and physical records
Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments and processing transactions
Support administrative functions as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
