Responsibilities
Work alongside an intense A• high performing hunter/closer sales team
Dial 150+ cold calls daily, all enriched data provided by marketing
Run outbound & build pipeline across multiple channels
Handle & close the full prospect lifecycle from first contact to contract
Hit & exceed monthly benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Must be based in NYC & from a startup hunter/closer sales environment
Minimum 12 months revenue-generating sales experience with full deal ownership
Seasoned in cold calling & cold outreach (150+ per day)
You want to build & close your own pipeline
You can win trust quickly & handle rejection without slowing down
You're fluent with multi-channel outreach
Comfortable engaging decision-makers in boutique, fast-moving business environments
Preferred
Startup experience is a plus - grit matters more than anything
