Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions. They are seeking a Paid Search Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, focusing on paid search and paid social.

Responsibilities
Build, manage and scale paid search and paid social campaigns
Conduct keyword research to maximize traffic, sales and ROI/ROAS
Monitor and optimize performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
Develop recommendations for keyword and campaign expansion
Produce weekly performance reports and insights
Support cross-team initiatives and long-term brand strategies
Stay current with trends and work with external vendors as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidates currently in Austin, TX and able to work on-site (2x per week)
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Ads
Proven success managing large-scale PPC campaigns
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and comfortable presenting to executives
