Ownership of Talent Acquisition systems (primarily Greenhouse)
Partnering closely with Workday and downstream integrations
Configuring recruiting workflows, security, reporting, and analytics
Supporting integrations across onboarding, assessments, background checks, and finance
Collaborating with recruiters, HR, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years supporting TA or HR systems
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of workflows, permissions, reporting, and integrations
