Responsibilities
Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively
Identify vendor vs. process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports
Record data of failures and explain diagnoses clearly
Work independently and adapt to varying conditions
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor's preferred)
Proficiency in operating/setup of electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.)
RF knowledge and 1-3 years of related experience
100% onsite presence required
Steel toe boots are mandatory
Preferred
Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting is a PLUS
Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products is a PLUS
