Required

Proven ability to lead and deliver successful Project Management initiatives
Strong skills in Customer Service management and enhancing customer satisfaction
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive operational success and improvements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required
Preferred
Experience with remote team management and cross-functional collaboration
An MBA or equivalent is a plus
