Own the data roadmap that enables a fleet of medical technologies and patient data systems to scale
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Engineering
Proven ability to extract, transform, and model data from complex enterprise systems (EMR, EHR, or LIMS)
Experience managing technical teams while maintaining the ability to be a 'hands-on' individual contributor when necessary
Comfortable making technical recommendations to the C-suite and navigating cross-functional requirements (Legal, HIPAA, Clinical)
Preferred
Experience with Palantir Foundry is highly preferred
