Director/ExecutiveThe West Side Commons is a community hub dedicated to supporting low- and moderate-income families. The Youth Program Director will develop, oversee, and implement programs that engage and support the youth of the Upper West Side community, collaborating with families and community partners to enhance opportunities for youth development.

Responsibilities
Develop, oversee, and implement programs that engage and support the youth of the Upper West Side community
Managing youth-focused initiatives
Coordinating program schedules
Recruiting and mentoring participants
Regularly evaluating program effectiveness
Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to enhance opportunities for youth development
Qualification
Required
Experience in Youth Programs and Youth Development
Skills in Program Management and Program Development
Strong Communication skills and ability to foster relationships with diverse groups
Leadership abilities and organizational skills
Passion for community service and working with youth
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in social work, education, youth development, or related fields
Preferred
Prior experience in a nonprofit or educational setting is a plus
