Responsibilities
As an electrical engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you’ll a member of a cross functional team responsible for Designing, Implementing and Deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems
Experience designing NC3 Systems, System Components and Qualification of those systems to meet NC3 requirements
Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
Experience performing system level testing
Experience with environmental testing processes and procedures
Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
