Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively
Enforcing established policies, procedures and standards
Scheduling mechanics/technicians work
Managing outside orders
Ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs
Meeting customer expectations
Ensuring the safety of team members
Assisting customers with tire selections
Recommending necessary under-car repair services
Delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance
Directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians
Staging vehicle repair/maintenance work
Driving the sales initiatives of Midas
Communicating directly with customers
Assessing customer needs
Providing information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
Ensuring customers are satisfied with their in-store experience
Striving to meet customer expectations
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
