Responsibilities

Provides customer services to NAS Patuxent River across multiple engineering disciplines
Supports Advanced Aircraft Research, Development Test and Evaluation for the DoD
Gains invaluable experience working with operational systems, including testing and verifying system functionality
Supports AARDT&E immediately and integrates into a direct support role
Performs test/evaluation under the direction of more senior positions
Assist efforts to analyze, design, develop, implement, test or evaluate software, components or systems related to functional requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems or management information systems
Assist in preparing engineering and technical analyses, reports and other documentation
Performs research into areas (system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, acquisition, resource management, etc.)

Required

HS Diploma or equivalent AND 60 credit hours toward a BS Degree in a relevant discipline (minimum 30 credit hours in the discipline) OR AS Degree in a relevant discipline
3.0 GPA or higher
Active enrollment in college courses with intent to pursue a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics or other related degrees
The ability to obtain and maintain SAP and/or SCI access as required
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance-AMEWAS willing to obtain and process full clearance
