Responsibilities
Lead all procurement and sourcing activities for a large-scale tunnel project, including materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements in compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, and construction teams to anticipate material needs and avoid schedule delays
Track procurement progress, manage inventory, and report on cost, schedule, and risk
Support bid preparation, vendor selection, and negotiation to optimize project value
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in procurement and sourcing activities for large-scale projects
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements
Coordination skills with project management, engineering, and construction teams
Ability to track procurement progress and manage inventory
Experience in bid preparation, vendor selection, and negotiation
Knowledge of compliance with procurement procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
