Responsibilities
Drive the line movement workstream of the metals facility move project as the technical project lead
Develop and execute a process validation plan, including IQ/OQ/PQ for manufacturing equipment, as well as facilities, utilities, and equipment
Create robust shutdown & startup procedures to ensure minimal disruption to metals production & continued supply of critical components
Liason with external suppliers for movement, calibration, and other activities as needed, associated with the new facility
Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners such as quality, project management, facilities, operations, supply chain, and other groups to ensure requirements are met & production delivery is maintained
Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays
Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering required
5-7 years of experience required
Equipment & Process Validation Experience
Team player and detail-oriented
Project management /project leadership experience
Experience with highly complex/ automated manufacturing equipment
