Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution for QSR launches, coordinating across store operations, delivery, product, tech, and partner teams
Serve as the operational point person during pilots and expansions, managing readiness, timelines, and dependencies
Ensure launch readiness, including store processes, delivery workflows, partner coordination, and training alignment
Act as the escalation owner for launch-related issues, driving rapid resolution to protect customer experience
Support early post-launch stabilization, monitoring performance and working with functional teams to address gaps
Partner with the Director of Operations & Fulfillment to translate launch learnings into improvements to SOPs and playbooks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture
