(PCNA) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Digital Business Intern to support the rollout and ongoing execution of their Sales Funnel Program. This internship plays a critical role in supporting dealerships through digital transformation initiatives that enhance the customer journey and improve conversion performance across the dealer network.

Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination, tracking, and execution of onboarding activities for Porsche Centers transitioning to a new Porsche website program
Support dealerships throughout the onboarding process by helping manage timelines, documentation, and readiness milestones
Assist with the rollout and ongoing execution of the Sales Funnel Program across the Porsche Center network
Analyze lead generation and conversion data to identify performance trends and support data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of website launches, program updates, and support materials
Help develop and maintain reporting dashboards, training content, and dealer-facing communications to support program adoption
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong interest in digital platforms, customer journey optimization, and dealer-facing programs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Jira and Confluence is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
