Part-Time Recruiter HR
PAI provides person-centered disability services that support individuals in living full, meaningful lives in their communities. We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for In-Home Services and Respite positions, helping to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
Manage recruiting efforts primarily for IHSR openings
Post and manage job listings across multiple job boards
Source and screen candidates based on IHSR requirements
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
Partner with HR and program leadership on staffing priorities
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation
Support pre-employment and onboarding steps
Provide a positive, professional candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
Comfortable using online job boards and applicant tracking systems
Preferred
Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred
Experience in human services, disability services, healthcare, or related fields a plus
Familiarity with or ability to learn IHSR program requirements
