Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, performance tuning, and navigating large schemas
Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions in ambiguous environments
Experience integrating with external systems and working within customer data environments
Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with enterprise customer IT teams
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across unfamiliar and complex systems
Healthcare domain knowledge, including understanding of RCM workflows, clinical data, and healthcare data standards
