Responsibilities
Manage and process network and application access requests (add/change/remove)
Coordinate SOX‑404–related IT audit requests
Lead semi‑annual user access reviews for corporate systems
Process purchase orders for hardware, software, and IT services
Ensure accurate receipt and tracking of IT equipment and supplies
Coordinate new vendor setups
Track spending against IT capital and operating budgets
Conduct quarterly budget reviews with IT leadership
Maintain and update IT contracts within Lexion
Create engaging phishing simulations and targeted training for higher‑risk users
Lead the annual October Cyber Security Awareness campaign
Partner with Corporate Initiatives to upload and administer annual IT trainings
Conduct IT onboarding for all new office employees
Provide ongoing training and support on key applications (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Assist the IT team with general administrative tasks and documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Formal training and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Customer‑focused mindset and ability to support users at all levels
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree
