Senior Information Technology Service Management Consultant
Conviso Inc is hiring for an ITSM Lead Consultant for a remote role. This position involves optimizing information delivery and acting as a client interface during digital transformation, focusing on process improvement and data quality.
Responsibilities
To optimize delivery of information to drive data-driven decisions, an expert in configuration control, business process reengineering, and change management is required to recommend improvements to platform processes following extensive customer inputs and comprehensive platform analysis
The ITSM Lead will be client's front-end customer interface in the digital transformation journey, working collaboratively with the Chief Architect (CA) to integrate process improvement best practices/ITIL frameworks to more accurately meet customer demands and support goals to scale the system to 250K users
The ITSM Lead will advocate for end-customer demands during governance reviews, ensure process/data quality by creating management dashboards and designing data scorecards, and report on service and data quality improvements via performance metrics, KPIs
Qualification
Required
Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
Expert in configuration control, business process reengineering, and change management
Experience in service operations management, process design/implementation, stakeholder/vendor coordination, compliance and security, continuous improvement, change and release management, and user experience and service desk oversight for a large-scale system transformation to drive data-informed decision making
Possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
