Responsibilities
Collect and analyze downtime data to improve plater uptime and performance
Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements based on data findings
Provide technical guidance to production teams by recommending process parameters for maximum throughput
Coordinate and facilitate activities associated with process improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain operating procedures for plater operators
Ensure availability and proper management of critical spare parts inventory
Maintain and improve the electrowinning process through accurate logging of process times and bath analysis
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Provide support to equipment and personnel as needed
Promote and maintain a strong team-oriented work environment
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving plating processes
Prior experience in electroplating
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Background in project management
Effective time-management and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated initiative, urgency, and motivation when implementing improvements
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Experience managing or leading a team
