New Grad, Entry LevelGladstone Design is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Design Engineers to join their close-knit team. The role involves assisting with planning, design, and permitting of land development projects, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary project teams to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Responsibilities
Assist with site planning, drafting, and design, including layout, grading, and utility design, hydraulic and hydrologic stormwater calculations, earthwork computations, conceptual designs, etc
Prepare technical reports and applications, for a multitude of State, County, and local permits
Review local zoning ordinances for project and site compliance
Develop proficiency in New Jersey State, County, and local regulations and design standards
Develop technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology, and other engineering software
Utilize new technologies and AI to advance innovative engineering design
Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, and survey team members on project tasks and assignments
Work with interns and peers to foster an environment of collaborative learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred
E.I.T. preferred
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Civil Engineering Internship in Land Development preferred
