Responsibilities
Build and maintain personal connections to solidify relationships with producers, business partners and peers
Participate in team and department projects, and special assignments
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the customer experience
Provide customized service for assigned producers and wholesalers
Ensure distribution partners are aware of operational processes and changes
Review, research, problem solve and take action by responding to varied and complex service request, accommodations/exceptions and elevated service concerns
Apply extensive and broad knowledge of Allianz's business by working with multiple departments across the company to ensure problem resolution
Influence business results and customer behaviors on a broad range of resolutions by: monitoring trends, identifying opportunities and resolutions; soliciting and gathering customer feedback; providing and recommending improvements and educating producers and distribution partners
Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience: Allianz experience or transferable customer service or relationship management skills
High School Diploma required
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas
