Procurement Analyst

Epcon is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support multiple capital and maintenance-related projects. This role involves managing purchasing activities, documentation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle while collaborating with project leadership and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with project teams and procurement stakeholders to identify material and service purchasing needs across active projects
Create, track, and manage requisitions for project-related materials and services
Support change order requests, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately reflected in purchase orders
Assist with purchase order and invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, project teams, and and accounts payable
Support vendor setup requests and changes in coordination with procurement and category management teams
Monitor requisition-to-purchase order conversion timelines and confirm purchase order receipt with vendors
Review project documentation to ensure scope, cost, and approvals are accurate and aligned with internal procedures
Support project teams in identifying and resolving system-related errors within SAP or similar ERP / maintenance systems
Assist with project closeout activities, ensuring financial and documentation requirements are complete
Provide general administrative and analytical support to project leads and coordinators as needed

Qualification

SAPMicrosoft OfficeProcurement experienceTechnical documentationCommunication skills

Required

Legally authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience working within SAP or a similar maintenance or ERP system
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
Comfortable working full-time onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across project, procurement, and finance teams

Preferred

Associate's degree or higher
3+ years of experience working in SAP or similar maintenance management systems
Prior experience supporting procurement, purchasing, or supply chain activities
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Mechanical aptitude and general familiarity with industrial, pipeline, terminal, or plant equipment
