Perform manufacturing duties that include:
Operation of high-tech machinery and measurement equipment
Working with small battery components
Moderate lifting up to 35 pounds
Conduct daily production calculations and update reporting
Working within a team towards a common goal
Adjusting to changing needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Problem solving and continuously improving safety, quality and productivity
Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
18+ Years of age
Able to perform essential job functions of varying manufacturing positions
Must be flexible to work any schedule
Willing to work daily and weekly overtime
Must have a positive attitude
Must have good communication skills
Able to read, understand, and verbally communicate safety instructions and information in English
Stand and walk throughout the assigned shift with or without reasonable accommodation
