Underwrite and evaluate real estate loan applications for compliance with government, CAMPUS, and investor standards
Process and approve real estate applications in accordance with CAMPUS policies and procedures
Serve as a member of the Real Estate Loan Committee
Assist support positions and provide guidance for Real Estate Operations
Remains current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments, which may affect the Real Estate Lending Program
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree OR Achievement of formal Real Estate Underwriting certifications, specialized Real Estate Underwriting certification or licensing recognized in the industry
4 - 7 years of similar or related experience
Minimum of 2 years of Real Estate Underwriting experience required
Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
Communication and Collaboration

Expertise and Technical knowledge
Loan Processing
Working Knowledge of Real Estate Secondary Market
working knowledge of all mortgage products and rates, both within the Credit Union and from the industry as a whole
NMLS registration will be required upon hire
