Responsibilities
Create reverse logistics workflows to enable the increasing complexity and scale of Google’s data centers
Work with colleagues to solve logistics issues with speed and accuracy and roll-out new processes and improvements
Work with regional operations and transportation partners to establish processes, solve issues, and establish corrective action plans
Work with Software teams to facilitate requirements gathering for tooling that supports Google’s policies and processes, contributing to business cases to justify changes or improvements
Use metrics to identify areas of opportunity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in program management
Experience in logistics, warehousing or transportation
Experience in lean manufacturing, process engineering, or building dashboards
Preferred
Experience in process management or process documentation
Experience with SQL
Understanding of basic logistics functions like warehouse and transportation management
Ability to use data to perform root cause analysis
