Responsibilities
Own and monitor the overall health and performance of all third-party integrations
Define, track, and report metrics related to availability, latency, errors, reliability, and usage
Establish dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into integration performance and risk
Partner with Security and Technology teams to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and data protection standards
Monitor vendor connections for issues, anomalies, and potential failures; coordinate remediation efforts as needed
Act as the primary point of coordination for third-party integration governance
Partner with business and product teams to evaluate future third-party integrations, assessing cost, risk, and value creation
Support vendor selection and integration decisions with clear performance and ROI insights
Identify opportunities to standardize, optimize, or retire integrations to reduce complexity and cost
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in integrations, systems operations, platform management, or technical program roles
Experience managing or monitoring APIs, data feeds, or third-party system connections
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven mindset
Ability to communicate technical performance and risk in business-relevant terms
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, security, product, and business teams
Preferred
Experience with API management, integration platforms, or middleware tools
Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
Understanding of security concepts related to third-party integrations (authentication, authorization, data handling)
Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., native tools, Excel, Power BI)
