Responsibilities
Edit video podcast trailers, teasers and promotional clips across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X etc.)
Assist with the integration of branded content, including sponsor reads, logo placements, lower thirds and custom brand moments
Support the senior editor on longer-form podcast episodes as needed
Ensure branded edits meet creative briefs, brand guidelines and delivery specs
Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup and graphic placement
Manage versioning and exports across multiple platforms and aspect ratios
Organize project files and maintain a clean post-production workflow
Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
1 - 3 years of editing experience (internships, freelance or personal projects welcome)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects experience is a plus)
Strong sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling - especially for short-form content
Familiarity with video podcast formats and creator-driven content
Basic understanding of branded content and sponsor integrations
Ability to take direction, apply feedback and collaborate effectively
Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred
Experience editing trailers, promos, or social clips
Familiarity with YouTube and social media best practices
Basic motion graphics skills (lower thirds, simple animations)
Interest in podcasts, digital media and the creator economy
