Responsibilities
Lead all TBM tunneling operations, including launch, mining, ring build, and breakthrough activities
Oversee field execution, sequencing, and production to meet aggressive schedule and quality requirements
Manage superintendents, foremen, and craft labor across multiple shifts
Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, and safety teams
Ensure compliance with safety programs, environmental regulations, and contractual requirements
Troubleshoot ground conditions, equipment issues, and constructability challenges in real time
Interface with owners, inspectors, and senior leadership on progress, risks, and performance
Qualification
Required
Experience as a TBM Superintendent in heavy civil or tunneling projects
Proven track record of leading tunneling operations including launch, mining, ring build, and breakthrough activities
Ability to oversee field execution, sequencing, and production to meet aggressive schedule and quality requirements
Experience managing superintendents, foremen, and craft labor across multiple shifts
Strong coordination skills with project management, engineering, and safety teams
Knowledge of safety programs, environmental regulations, and contractual requirements
Ability to troubleshoot ground conditions, equipment issues, and constructability challenges in real time
Experience interfacing with owners, inspectors, and senior leadership on progress, risks, and performance
