Business Development Representative (Contract)
IQVentures is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The BDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting through various channels to secure meetings for the sales team, playing a critical role in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals to generate new business opportunities
Qualify prospects by identifying pain points, business needs and fit
Secure and schedule sales meetings
Maintain and organize a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Track and report prospecting activities, conversion rates, and key metrics using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
2+ year of sales development, business development, or sales experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities
Highly motivated, persistent, and comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies
