Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, peripherals,and mobile devices in a Microsoft Windows environment
Troubleshoot and resolve end user hardware, software, and network connectivity issues both remotely and in person
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems and related applications
Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution
Create documentation for technical procedures and end-user tutorials
Assist with user account and software license management
Educate end-users on best practices for security, data protection, and software usage
Utilize Microsoft Intune for operating system deployment and application packaging and distribution

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
Proficiency in Windows 11 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 and common desktop applications
Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills
Experience with Active Directory, Entra, user account management, and group policy
Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (monitors, networking hardware, etc.)
Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman's service area (own transportation)
Available on-call some nights and weekends
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Preferred

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, M365 Modern Desktop Administrator or similar
Programming/scripting knowledge
