Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external groups to analyze and document software features, platform capabilities, and processes
Perform detailed data analysis working with the Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Operations, and Risk teams
Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, review test plans and cases
Provide user support to Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Portfolio and Credit Administration and Risk
Perform data governance and data modeling between various systems
Use SQL, Python, APIs, etc. for data on internal and external reports
Collaborate with the analytics team to source data sources for consumption
Partner with external consultants to perform various system implementation tasks
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
Extensive experience with Advent Geneva required
Solid experience with using SQL
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and buy-side workflows like equity research, trading, portfolio management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework
Experience working with loan IBOR, Portfolio Management, and Performance systems
Technical proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Figma, BI tools, CRM platforms, and Rest APIs
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
