Responsibilities
Gain exposure to LPL’s finance models through strategy development, business execution and financial management across the entire firm
Analyze current financial operations and results, initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies, and identify variance drivers and levers to support forecasting and budget planning processes
Identify activities to minimize the effects of risk on capital and earnings which include market data and research to facilitate deal solicitation and best in class client services and products
Learn how to deliver change across finance platform. This could include, conducting risk oversight, business intelligence, and market solutions for the division
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills
Knowledge/interest in wealth management, risk, operations, trading, or corporate finance
Relevant coursework, internships, or extracurricular leadership experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred
Experience with reporting tools: Tableau, Alteryx, Excel Macros
