Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware/software
Support Windows 11, Office 365, and enterprise applications
Deploy and troubleshoot mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)
Resolve network connectivity issues (wired and wireless)
Provide support for network printers
Install, support, and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems (credit card machines, receipt printers, cash drawers)
Maintain device compliance, system updates, and security standards
Provide one-on-one technical assistance and basic user training
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues or escalate as needed
Maintain accurate IT inventory records
Support audio/visual equipment in conference rooms
Provide onsite support for special events, including occasional after-hours work
Use a ticketing system to manage incidents, requests, and documentation
Qualification
Required
1–3 years customer service or technical support experience
2-year degree in an IT related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM or imaging tools
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and desktop support fundamentals
Understanding of workstation, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting
Familiarity with ITIL practices
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently in fast paced environments
Ability to lift and transport computer equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Smartphone troubleshooting
Experience with POS hardware/software
Hands-on support in outdoor, public-facing, or non-traditional environments
