Responsibilities
Advise and assist in GIS architecture solutioning
Develop, configure, deploy, and maintain ESRI COTS solutions such as Survey123, Field Maps, Collector, Operations Dashboard
Perform hardware and software installations, testing, and routine maintenance
Lead troubleshooting efforts for CADD/GIS hardware and software issues
Develop training materials and provide technical/functional guidance
Assist with documentation, standards, and system procedures
Track GIS software version upgrades and notify stakeholders
Resolve IT helpdesk tickets and maintain issue records
Maintain inventory of hardware, software, upgrades, and configurations
Monitor system status, data integrity, backups, and archives
Communicate system status to managers and project sponsors
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience designing, configuring, and administering ESRI COTS products (Survey123, Dashboard, Field Maps)
2+ years of experience administering an ESRI ArcGIS Online organization
Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
