Responsibilities

Design and maintain reusable reference libraries and foundational services for application teams
Create comprehensive documentation and templates as engineering blueprints
Collaborate with product-aligned teams to deliver practical and maintainable solutions
Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Guide engineering teams in the effective use of enablement tools and libraries
Independently manage the complete lifecycle of tool and library development

Qualification

GolangDeep learning AISQL databasesEvent-driven architecturesGRPCProtobufSDLC toolsCommunication skills

Required

15+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, focused on scalable backend services and APIs
1-2 years of experience in deep learning AI for developing and deploying models
1+ years using SDLC velocity enhancement tools like Cursor or Claude Code
3+ years of Golang programming experience
Strong understanding of SQL databases at scale
Experience with event-driven architectures, specifically Kafka
Proficient in communication protocols such as gRPC and Protobuf
