Responsibilities

Account mining of existing clients to cross sell additional DPO services
Collaborate with client partners of new accounts in building pipeline within their accounts
Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including client communication, on-site/virtual presentations, proposal responses, client workshops, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities
Lead client presentations, bid defense and other communication during deal cycle
Work in close collaboration with HCLTECH’ presales & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business needs
Adhere to all HCLTECH Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines
Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT/DPO professional services offshore/outsourcing industry
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Knowledge of finance & accounting, customer lifecycle management and supply chain & procurement functions
Independence, energy, tenacity, persistence, and a never-say-die attitude
Powerful storytelling ability, articulation skills, ability to rally colleagues, prospects and clients around your ideas and deals
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Track record of interacting and building relationships with senior client leadership
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment

Preferred

MS/MBA Degree preferred
