Atmus Filtration Technologies provides experiences for students across a wide range of disciplines and aligned degree programs. This internship role leads high-impact strategic initiatives that support and accelerate Atmus’ growth across regions, partnering closely with regional leadership, business development, and sales operations teams to drive strategic and commercial analyses.

Responsibilities

Lead regional and enterprise growth initiatives in collaboration with regional leadership, business development, and sales operations

Conduct strategic deep dives, including market analysis, commercial performance assessment, and operating model evaluation

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities using quantitative and qualitative insights

Develop structured recommendations, business cases, and executive-ready materials to support leadership decision-making

Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and support execution planning and implementation

Drive cross-functional alignment and manage stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery

Monitor initiative progress and performance, tracking outcomes against defined growth objectives

Support continuous improvement by identifying best practices and scalable approaches across regions

Qualification

MBA programSTEM degreeWillingness to learn

Required

College, university, or equivalent degree required

Current student in MBA program

Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree

Must be able to complete a minimum 3-months commitment

Must be able to complete 40 hours per week

Willingness to learn from others on the job

Preferred

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) degree preferred
