Responsibilities

Conduct technical evaluation of customer bulk material handling projects, including review of specifications and development of customized system designs
Provide technical guidance on powder handling equipment and system integration, including feasibility studies for complex applications and creation of process flow drawings, project schedules, and system specifications
Prepare and maintain detailed quotations with accurate pricing and supporting technical documentation as project scope evolves
Lead technical discussions and negotiations with customers, acting as a trusted subject matter expert who provides clear professional recommendations
Develop and grow the regional sales territory (Singapore and Southeast Asia) by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing customers via on-site visits, facility assessments, and regular follow-up supported by accurate CRM pipeline management
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives while maintaining strong on-going relationships with customers
Ability to organise and lead in-person and / or virtual meetings with geographically dispersed customers and internal teams
Allocate approximately 30 – 40% of working time to field-based customer engagement within Singapore and key Southeast Asian markets

Required

Minimum 5 – 7 years' of direct experience in powder or bulk material handling systems, with hands on exposure to conveying systems, pneumatic/mechanical transfer, and bulk bag handling solutions
At least 3 years' of direct field sales experience or in supporting field sales, for technical or capital equipment
Ability to demonstrate consultative selling mindset, understanding the technical sales cycle and customers' buying process
Proven track records of meeting sales targets consistently and with the ability to balance technical accuracy and commercial objectives
Degree in Engineering or related technical field (highly preferred), with solid knowledge of bulk material handling systems and powder properties
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 2D AutoCAD or process design tools, CRM, and common video conferencing platforms
Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation ability (fluent English essential; additional regional languages an advantage), and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong organisation and time management skills
Able to manage multiple complex projects, work effectively both independently and in a lean team, and adapt to changing business requirements

Preferred

Degree in Engineering or related technical field (highly preferred)
