Responsibilities
Refine and enhance baseline Planview program materials delivered by the vendor, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment to program standards
Develop additional training content under guidance from the Program (PRG) Team and the OCM team
Package content to clearly communicate process impacts, system changes, and audience-specific implications
Create or refine training assets, potentially including short videos using Clipchamp
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the overall change strategy
Tasks immediately with minimal ramp-up time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 2 years instructional design/development, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 5 years instructional design/development, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
Planview
Experience delivering training for enterprise applications, portfolio management tools, project management platforms, or technology transformation programs
Strong instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, role‑appropriate learning materials
Experience working with cross‑functional teams including PMOs, IT, and operational leadership
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving program environments
Proficient in multiple delivery channels (including classroom and online) and instructional design methods
Strong ability to influence/negotiate and consult with requestors and stakeholders
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent PC skills with a strong working knowledge of associated software programs, such as flow charting, presentation, e-learning, and computer-based testing programs
Ability to manage multiple medium to large projects
Works independently and with minimal supervision
Possesses technical knowledge of the training tools used by the training department
Preferred
Familiarity with Planview platforms (Planview Portfolios, AdaptiveWork, or similar) preferred but not required
Clipchamp AI- As it's accessible to everyone and easy to use
