Program Manager - Commercial Fire Packages
Peerless Pump Company, a Grundfos subsidiary, is seeking a Program Manager to join its Commercial Fire Packages team. The Program Manager will drive the development and delivery of engineered skid-mounted equipment programs for commercial fire protection packages, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution, from concept to launch, for Commercial Fire Package initiatives, including Inline Fire Skid Package development
Define and manage technical scope, ensuring integration of pumps, controls, piping, electrical systems, and compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, sourcing, production, quality, sales, and service functions
Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments while ensuring alignment with stakeholders
Collaborate with supply chain teams to secure materials and monitor supplier performance
Ensure all packages adhere to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, including UL, FM, and NFPA certifications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in engineered-to-order equipment, industrial systems, or complex product development/program management
Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and risk assessments for technical programs
Strong understanding of pump systems, industrial controls, and fire protection equipment
Strategic leader with strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and program management
Skilled at driving cross-functional collaboration
Available for travelling up to 20 days per year
Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
PMP or equivalent program/project management certification
Experience with UL, FM, and NFPA compliance
