Responsibilities

Seek to understand the person you are assisting and their unique circumstances. Using this insight you’ll provide unreasonable hospitality and service

Connect folks with the various Galileo services and teams, including clinical and administrative functions. As needed, this can include completing administrative tasks such as processing insurance authorizations, collecting medical records and more

Build strong connections that mean you notice even the small details and continually brainstorm solutions to improve our processes and each person’s experience

Someone who truly enjoys helping people - you never approach a problem as 'one size fits all' but creatively resolve issues based on each person's unique needs

Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the highest attention to detail

Are willing to spend some of your time in an office with like-minded individuals

Do not have a healthcare background (or are willing to forget everything you have learned)

Can speak both English and Spanish
