Responsibilities
Work closely with team members to manage workflow, meet deadlines, trouble shoot, and ensure quality of work product
Understand and have some proficiency with technical aspects of creating work product
Report to and assist general manager
Engage with clients and vendors and act as liaison between them and team members
Provide reports as needed
Assist with weekly staff meetings
Develop and enforce established policies and procedures
Onboard and train new employees
Evaluate emerging technology for possible adoption
Seek ways to improve the bottom line and identify new revenue streams
Qualification
Required
Five years of agency experience
Three years of management experience
Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, mass media, digital media, production, graphic design or related field
Strict attention to detail and extremely organized
Tech savviness, especially with digital platforms and CRMs, and the ability to quickly learn new programs
Professional appearance, demeanor and can-do attitude
Attention to detail and organizational skills
