FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
PureDry Restoration is an emergency restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, and mold remediation. The Field Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient job completion and high-quality standards while fostering communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including pre-production and work-in-progress job boards
Ensure jobs are completed within established schedules and quality standards
Respond to inquiries from insurance adjusters, homeowners, and property managers
Drive project restoration by removing obstacles through clear communication with all parties involved
Ensure jobs progress as planned and efficiently, including accurate use of in-house PM tools
Champion communication efforts on complex or sensitive jobs
Resolve customer service issues, staff performance concerns, and project execution challenges professionally
Conduct remediation assessments as needed
Ensure technicians secure 5-star reviews and follow up to address and improve less-than-5-star reviews
Manage truck loading and ensure technician teams are equipped for their projects
Work with the Warehouse Manager on equipment repairs, inventory, and procurement
Ensure trucks and equipment are stocked, operating correctly, and visually maintained
Maintain technician professionalism and proper equipment use
Train and supervise a high-performing team, conducting weekly training and safety meetings
Manage overtime, scheduling, and approve requests for sub-labor as needed
Review DASH and Power BI reports for performance evaluations and improvements
Conduct weekly ride-a longs to inspect job sites
Work with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align operational efforts and ensure overall efficiency
Capable of managing new loss jobs from start to finish during peak demand periods
Participate in on-call phone rotations and work overtime as required
Utilize industry technology to improve efficiency, including phone applications and moisture management systems
Produce remediation damage estimates and serve as a backup to the In-Home Salesperson
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible water damage restoration roles, with a strong track record in project management and customer service
Required IICRC WRT certification; ASD and AMRT certifications are highly desirable
Proficiency with industry-standard software, including MICA, DASH, Xactimate, and Power BI
Hands-on experience with moisture management systems and field equipment
Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members
