Responsibilities
Delivering multi-week inductions with new software engineers
Facilitating workshops
Potentially assisting in curriculum development
Providing exceptional facilitation skills
Working in a coordinated training delivery where pace is synchronized across multiple classrooms
Ensuring participants understand technical concepts and best practices
Collaboration with teams and experts to support learning and development
Qualification
Required
Strong Facilitation skills and Customer Focus
Proven experience in Training and Technical Training facilitation
Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance
Applied experience with an agile mindset with emphasis on Scrum and Kanban or experience in collaborative environments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical understanding of SDLC, Java, Python, ReactJS, databases and CI/CD pipelines required
